Meet Your Directors

Michael and Meg Morley have served as co-directors of the pageant since 2020.  Meg was Mrs. North Dakota America 2019.  Together, they have built and expanded their organization and look forward to many more years leading Team North Dakota.

In both 2023 and 2024, Michael and Meg were named "Top 10 Pageant Directors" by Pageant Planet.  In 2024, they received the prestigious Seymour Seitz Award for Outstanding Directors of the Year by the Mrs. America, Inc. organization.
